Just wondering if there was another way to detemine the material that is used when creating the boolian hole using the component frame layer? From what I understand, the way FormZ creates the hole relies on windows and doors having a full casement which is not that common a style, certainly over here in the UK. We would usually have the brick or render come into the reveal. Making the cutting object brick colour also isnt great as its adding more geometry around the hole which can become a problem with mapping and displacement etc in other programs. So there is also the option of hiding the component frame layer which works but the inside of the reveals dont take the colour of the wall. Is it possible to specify this material? It would be good if it took the component frames object material so we couid specify it that way.

Thanks

Rob
