formZ cannot launch Maxwell render

Hi Tech,

 

I'm just purchased Maxwell render v3, i need launch Maxwell render from formZ, i push Maxwell render botton (red arrow) but it don't work. No function at all. Please help. Thanks

Do you have any lighting in the scene? try adding a Sky Dome, Physical Sky or a IBL (Image based lighting) if not.

Make sure you have installed according to the instructions here:

Try a test render as follows:

If there seems to be a problem after attempting a rendering, check the Maxwell Log. Select Extensions > Maxwell Render > Log. Look for warnings and errors. With the Log as a guide, you can troubleshoot most issues yourself. If you cannot find the source of the problem in the Log, click on "Save Log" and save to your Desktop or other convenient location, then post the resulting log here, or send it to

Finally, i found my problem at Troubleshooting chapter, i set my "get info" to open with Maxwell Studio, thank you everyone. Thanks a lot.
