David Mitchell Posted August 26, 2015 Share Posted August 26, 2015 Been aaway from FormZ for a while and upgraded to newer version 7.3.4. Am having some issues with older models and exporting to Electric Image. When exporting models come in reversed or hollow? Also when in FormZ I can render out in Renderzone and it looks great but when opened in P.S. it is the same proble. Any tips as to what settings to change to get away from this? Also when working in the program how do you turn off the snap so when you try to size or move an object it won't be such a pain in the well yoyu know. Tech Posted August 26, 2015 Share Posted August 26, 2015 Hi David, The Object Snaps are located at the bottom of the screen. Click the Ø icon to disable them. If you are new to formZ 7, this link should have lots of useful info for you: http://forums.formz.com/index.php?/topic/19-formz-v7-8-migration-guide-interface-improvements-from-formz-6/ We are not sure why you would be having trouble with "reversed images or models" in Photoshop or Electric Image. Please send a simple .FMZ file where you can reproduce this to support@formz.com, and include an image file that you exported from formZ, as well as a screen capture of what you see in PS and EIAS.
