texture map change after rounding

FormZ 8 in Windows 8.  I just performed a plain rounding operation on two items, one a little more complicated than the other.  The complicated one looks fine in the shaded displays, but in RenderZone the texture map scale is way off - much smaller than before - showing many little copies of the material map.  The simpler object is fine.

 

Object doctor shows a bunch of issues with the object that cannot be fixed.  So I need to figure out a better way to construct this particular object.  But in the meantime, just wondering if there is some texture map or RenderZone setting that might correct the rendering issue.  Like I said the object looks fine in the wire and shaded modes.
