gtd
Although a minor issue, I find it annoying that I almost always get a garbled image in the print preview window. The printouts are usually OK. See attached. Using Mavericks 10.9.5. Graphics AMD Radeon HD 6970M:
Tech
Hi GTD, Sorry you are having trouble. We have not encountered this before. What version of formZ are you using when you get this -- and if it is not v8.0.2, does using the current version solve this issue for you? If not, can you send a file where you can reproduce this, and let us now what printer you are using so we can investigate this?
gtd
The file is small so I am attaching it. Using fz 8.02 with either a HP5200 or Xerox EX560. As I said, prints are fine, the preview is garbled. seduva_program massing.fmz.zip
Tech
Hi GTD, It appears that the Display Menu: Image Options settings are causing that with your file. If you set that to Use Window Size, does that then preview properly for you? Thanks for your report, we will get this corrected.
