I own 3 seats of v.7 and want to upgrade to v.8 however as a sole proprietor I only need one license, two max. The licensing agreement/policy requires that all 3 seats to be upgraded. The policy further stipulates that only current versions of FormZ can be transferred. My goal is to find a serious commitment for one or two of the seats. I will pay for the upgrades for all three seats prior to the sale and I will pay the transfer fee to transfer the purchased seats to the buyer.
