flakie12 Posted November 20, 2014 Share Posted November 20, 2014 I am on a pc. using version 8.01. It was working fine till my power supply on the computer died. IT pull my hard drive and put it into a new machine but now I get the "you have not registered message" after a few minutes and when I hit register button I get the message. The number of computers running with this serial number exceeds licences message. I do have a copy on my laptop but my understanding is that you can have in installed twice just not be used at the same time. Do I need to do remove the software an d do a clean install. To move your license to a new computer, please send an email to support@formz.com and include your serial number, and they will reset your records so you can register on your new computer.
